About This Activity

Enjoy a tour around one of these amazing vineyards - a fantastic opportunity to experience how a working vineyard and winery operate. Find out how wine is made by the professionals and then try the finished product. The tour will encompass all areas of the vineyard, from the earliest plantings to the latest, as well as many other interesting topics. After you have had a good chance to explore, indulge in some wine tasting followed by a delicious lunch. You will also receive a bottle of wine as a perfect memento of your day.

Your experience begins with tea or coffee and a brief introduction before heading off for the tour. During the tour you will be shown a selection of vines and take part in a lively discussion on training, growing and harvesting vines. Then on to the winery where the wine making process - from the arrival of the grape to the bottling of the finished product - is revealed. Wine tasting is next on the agenda before finally settling down to a delicious lunch and collecting your complimentary bottle of wine to take home with you.

On purchasing this experience you will receive a voucher valid for 10 months for two people. Please note that this tour is available on selected dates only and the agenda may vary between locations. You are required to book in advance to avoid any disappointment. The minimum age for this experience is 18 years. The time of tours will vary between each location; the day will include an hour for lunch, which is included in the price of your experience. The complimentary wine is one bottle per couple. Please note that at the Cambridge location the tour is of the estate and winery. At the location in Devon you will have a choice of food from the menu and a traditional afternoon tea in the onsite tea shop.There will be a maximum of 30 participants on each day.
